I saw my friend's mom's what do i do?

I was staying at my friend's house one day for a sleepover and it was time for us to go to my friend's room, i usually sleep in boxer briefs and just walk around in them at night no one usually minds, and i was walking down the corridor to his room when i saw his mom's door slightly open and you would have thought she would like to have some privacy but she stepped into the place where i could see and started taking off her top. She ended up being topless, this is when i got an and since i was just wearing boxers it was hard to hide, and started handling her s and shaking them a bit before getting on her nightie thing, i swore i saw her glance at me before opening her door and walking past me, again i thought i saw her look down at my boxers where there was a big dent coming out of them. Since then i have dreamed about having with her. Need help what should i do?P.S i think i should just forget about it
