What philosophy is in the batman movie "The Dark Knight"?

I have to write a paper for my intro to philosophy course philosophizing a movie. I'm not good at philosophy at all.... math is my strong area. How do each of the charachters show philosophy, Batman? Harvey Dent? the Joker? ANY help to get me started would be greatly appreciated!!!
