Worrying pains down there?

for a while i keep getting cystitis which is very painfull and my pee allways becomes bloody the first day i have to get to the pharmacy in extreme pain but the liqiud normally works straight away but last time afterwards i had a burning pain around my instead of where my urinary tract was i ignored it out of embarasment and it went away after 3 weeks ive read up on it and found it might be thrush as you can get it witout the discharge and itching i think but would it last that long im worried as i have been getting indigestion and bloating lately which is unusual for me. but to finish the story i have got cystitis again and this time have gone to get antibiotics they started working but then the thrush like pain came back and im not really sure if i should be worried or not or if i should wait till the antibiotics are over to go doctors
