My 20 year old daughter thinks she may be pregnant. She is very irregular since getting off dep 2 years ago.?

She only gets her period every 3 months. This is why she is so unsure. The first one this month was the same as always. The second one only lasted 3 days and was heavy, which is unusual for her. She is obviuosly having unprotected . Is she pregnant???
