Yahoo says there is no one playing in any of the games and there is an error logging into the server. Why?

Every Yahoo game I try to enter has zero players in the lounges and when I try to log on, it always comes up with the notice that there is an error logging into the server. Is this a Yahoo thing or could it be a problem with my computer? I was playing cribbage, blackjack and literati last night and there were no problems. The other issue I am having is not being able to play the web version of 'Cubis Gold' anymore. It was okay last week and now it goes to a type of home web page for other games. It won't allow me to play the game at all.
