I'm really stressing about my PSAT's tomorrow morning?

I know it doesn't count, but I'm taking a PSAT to see where I'm at tomorrow morning. I took an OLD practice math section an hour ago and I got a 380 out of 800 possible points. :[ I'm not smart in math and I feel like I have really bad test taking skills. Can someone give me advice on the test tomorrow morning? I'd appreciate it.
