RIMMEL EYEFUL - EYE GLISTENING ... Sharp?

I just bought this eye pencil Rimmel eyeful - eye glistening thing.... and maybe I am blind or "challenged" in some way, but I have no clue how to sharpen it, it seems to be plastic, so I dont know if how you would do it with a sharpener or what...nothing twists on it either.... so any help would be greatly appreciated.... thanks all
