Does he like me back?

Okay so this will be sorta long. My guy friend and I are really good friends. Everyone says we would be a cute couple and tease both of us about it a lot (we've dated before but a long time ago). We've been married on Facebook since October because we wanted to. The other day we had an 8th grade graduation and I went up and hugged him and his parents immediately wanted to take pictures of us and all we could hear were all of our friends just being like Awwww and everyone was looking and messing with us to the point both of our faces were so red! We Hung out last weekend and spent a good time together.. but he's the only guy I am shy around! Last night there was a surprise party and me and my friends were on a hammock and he came by and I asked him to come lay with us! He did and him next to me it just felt so right and he was smiling, we were snuggling for a while but he got up because I think he got "uncomfortable" if you know what I mean(; he didn't come back but I still talked to him that night at the party! Everyone wants us to date again.. and at the graduation (sorrry I'm jumping around the story) his mom was like I'm looking forward to you guys dating you're welcome over anytime and she also pointed out about homecoming :) Haha I text him a couple of times a week for a while but I'm afraid to text him because idk if guys get annoyed when girls text them! But since its summer I can hangout with him a lot more and he likes hanging out! Please tell me if its a possibility that he likes me? I like him but idk if I should ask him if he does? Ohh and his mother was talking about me at the party last night to the other adults... I think she really likes me!
