I am trying to lose about 6 pounds?
Okay so this is a regular eating day for me. I drink one low calorie mocha (approx 60 calories total) 2 cups all bran flakes with 1.5 cups of skim milk. Lunch: Quaker quick oats 1/2 cup (150 cal) with one pck splenda and 1 sprinkle cinnamon. Snac: All bran chewy bar strawberry flavor (120 Cal). 1 piece of fruit (approx 100-130 cal) supper: egg white omelette with sauteed veggies (no er just pam) with 2 tablespoon light cheese. Snack: 28 eating right crisps (110 calories), 1 protein fruit smoothie( 1 scoop powder(115 cal) 1/2 cup berries, water) (approx 200 calories) 1 piece sourdough (90 calories) 5-8 gles of water a day. Exercise; bike 6.5 miles (40 min) to work and back everyday. Also 3-4 days a week I weight train. I am 5.8 and weight approx 140 pounds. Will I lose 6 pounds in approx 4 weeks?
