I've received 2 speeding tickets within two weeks in NY. Help!!!?

I live in NY specifically Long Island and I received two speeding tickets in two weeks. One ticket was from the state troopers for going 70 in a 35. The other was from the Suffolk county police for going 70 in a 55 ( I was driving on the Long Island Expressway and the cop was next to me and he pulled me over and gave me the ticket). I think the last ticket is ridiculous for the simple fact that I was on the expressway and going slower than the flow of traffic. I will be taking the Defensive Driving cl in order to get some points shaved off my license. I don't want my license suspended or worse revoked so what should I do? Should I just plead guilty to both tickets and take my chances? or should I plead guilty to one and not guilty to the other and delay the court date until a certain time? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
