My son has chewed holes in all his pacifiers?

He's 23 months old & I think he's getting his 2 year molars in cause he's been chewing on everything. And has chewed up all 5 pacifiers so now I have to go buy more & there like $5 for a 2 pack. Any suggestions? And the usual Tylenol & Ibuprofen isn't helping at all.
