Question.. please give me some input!!!?

I am about 2 weeks late on my period. In the past few days I have felt cramps (as if i was going to start), sore , and very, very little nausea. I took a test last week it was negative. I took an ept digital lastnight and that was negative. Anyone been in my shoes and had this end up BFP?
