LANHAM QUESTION REGARDING BUSINESS NAME LIKE NESS?
I just recently started a right of way clearing company. My company name is Northland Clearing LLC. another company doing the same work in the same area had a lawyer rite me a letter stating i was violating the lan ham act. There company name is Northern Clearing INC.
